Vertis Holdings Announces Intentions Regarding Refinancing
 
Monday, July 26, 2010
Vertis Holdings announced its intention to seek to enter into a new $425 million first lien first out term loan with a syndicate of lenders and to seek to enter into a new $150 million first lien second out term loan with a syndicate of lenders (together, the new term loans), thereby updating certain previously disclosed components of the refinancing transactions. In connection with the syndication process for the new term loans, including a meeting with prospective lenders on July 26, 2010, Vertis will be providing prospective lenders with certain information that has not been previously disclosed publicly.
