Chicago This client, a hybrid investment firm providing financing to small-cap and lower middle market companies, is looking for an underwriter with experience in handling transactions in the $5-$50MM range. Candidates should have proven experience working with receivables and inventory lending as well as the ability to analyze cash flow. 3-7 years of experience is required. Transaction types will include working capital, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, bridge situations, lender transition, new product development, expansion programs and DIP/Exit financings.
