Hilco Enterprise Valuation Services, a provider of valuation opinions for lenders, investment firms, advisors and corporations, hired Joseph Mevorah as a managing director.

Mevorah’s career has been marked by contributions to global financial institutions, the U.S. community bank sector, U.S. credit unions and regulatory bodies. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and liability determination for financial institutions.

Before joining Hilco Enterprise Valuation Services, Mevorah held roles at organizations such as Lehman Brothers, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Houlihan Lokey, Ankura Consulting (formerly Navigant) and Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps). Most recently, Mevorah was a managing director at Kroll.

In his role as managing director with Hilco Enterprise Valuation Services, Mevorah will oversee a range of valuation services, including business valuation, loan portfolio valuation and assessment, investment/securities portfolios assessment and ASC 820 fair value measurements and disclosures.
