Private equity firm Dry Fly Capital acquired PSA Worldwide, a provider of promotional products specializing in public health and safety campaigns. The deal was completed with debt and equity financing from Brush Creek Partners and Muzinich US Private Debt. PSA Worldwide was previously owned by Brighton Partners.
