Claims and Returns:
Claims on ABF Journal orders that have not been received must be made within 30 days from the date on the invoice to receive a refund or a replacement copy.
Customers who return ABF Journal publications that have been paid by check will receive a refund check. If the purchase was paid by credit card, the card will be credited.
Cancellations:
ABF Journal publication orders can be cancelled with no charge if the order has not been shipped. If the shipment has been sent, the order must be returned along with a copy of the invoice. The invoice can be cancelled if there is not a balance due, otherwise, the invoice will be refunded less the handling/shipping charges and a $3.00 restocking fee.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
ABF Journal purchaser pays handling/shipping charges. All orders are shipped U.S. Mail, unless the purchaser specifies Federal Express shipping for an additional charge of $12.00 or we can bill a Federal Express account. Shipping costs are as follows:
