Dopkins ABL Consulting specializes in performing pre-loan surveys, recurring collateral field examinations and other due-diligence procedures to the ABL industry. Available to our clients is an entire department of full-time, experienced field examiners ready to evaluate and monitor the volatile nature of your borrower’s loan collateral. We examine both formula and non-formula based credit facilities of single and/or multi-site borrowers.
Strategically located throughout North America in Baltimore, Boston, Buffalo, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles, Orlando, Portland, Raleigh – Durham and Toronto, our objective is to provide you, the commercial lender, with focused insight into the integrity of the loan collateral, internal controls and reporting, company management and overall operating performance. We will identify and highlight areas of collateral weakness, deterioration and/or abuse of loan collateral, the adequacy of the advance rates, the frequency of future examinations and provide appropriate recommendations.
Led by Certified Fraud Examiners and licensed CPA’s, the firm also provides turnaround consulting, litigation support and expert witness services to businesses, attorneys and lenders in the area of commercial finance and corporate turnarounds. Dopkins ABL Consulting frequently conducts seminars and industry panels on field examinations, due diligence, fraud and white-collar crime.
